Source: nowissomeday.blogspot.com --- Tuesday, October 02, 2007Arms day yesterday. Three sets of 8 reps: Close gripPresses65, 70, 80 lb. Biceps curls 12, 15, 15 lb (each hand) Triceps kickbacks 10, 10, 10 (each hand). Reverse Plate Curls 10, 5, 7.5 (each hand). Those plate curls were a little weird. Never done them before. Not so: next time I'll probably start at 85 lbs. I'm rediscovering so many different moves in my quest to avoid my heel. I'm a firm believer in the big, whole-body lifts, but it's been fun doing these little things too. Here's something I could do with Clanky—I can rev ...
